Booking Policy
Welcome to JustVent! To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience, please review our booking policy below. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and managing your appointments with us.
Booking Appointments
Scheduling:
· Appointments can be scheduled through our website’s booking system using setmore. For customers who enquire via email or phone, a booking page link will be sent via email.
· To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Confirmation:
· Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session, including date and time. We use Microsoft teams and google meets to deliver our sessions.
· Please review the confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.
Payment
Payment Methods:
· We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways as listed on our website.
· Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We may take payment after a vent session for exceptional circumstances, in which users are unable to pay to book prior to appointment, however this is discretionary.
Invoicing:
Our preferred method for clients to book is via our booking page, however for discretionary bookings via email or phone, an invoice will be sent after the time and date are confirmed. Payment must be completed within 2 hours to secure the booking. We may allow you to pay after a session but this is discretionary.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a full refund.
· Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
· If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
· We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Late Arrivals:
· If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client, please allow for a 5minute buffer time
· If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may consider you as a no show. However, it is likely our confidant will be active until session ends.
No-Shows:
· If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified us in advance, the session fee will not be refunded.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidentiality:
· Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy displayed on our website.
· No details of your sessions will be shared without your explicit consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
Data Protection:
· We adhere to strict data protection regulations to ensure your information is secure.
